Training & Placement office plays a major role in assisting students to build careers in various sectors of the core engineering, IT, Analytics, Consulting, research and development, Operations etc. The whole placement process is organized and executed by this office. The well-structured infrastructure supports selection process like written tests, group discussions, pre-placement talks and interviews according to the needs of the companies.

Programme/Events
The Training & Placement Office plays a very important and key role in counselling and guiding the students for their successful Career Placement, which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into avenues of suitable employment. Soft skills are a quite essential qualification for professionals aspiring to move up the value chain especially attitude, communication and presentation.The company executives/ employers will be invited to share their valued expertise on various topics, workplace situations with our students, current trends and future scenario. Eminent management personalities are invited to conduct workshops on Personality Development, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Time management, Memory Management etc. Participation of students in activities that provide them all round personal and professional growth will be promoted.
Expert Lectures
Training & Placement Cell arranges series of expert lectures in consultation with HODs. Such lectures help students become familiar with industry expectations & can co-relate theoretical aspects of engineering with the practical one.
The T & P office obtains information and seeks support from alumni in facilitating placement of present students. Alumni meets are organized every year to increase interactions between the past students and the present students and offer guidance to present students on regular basis
Training & Development
Training & Placement Cell has an important role to play in a student’s future and is an indispensable pillar of the Institute. This office continuously strives to help students in pursuing their career goals by acquiring employment-seeking skills and ultimately to attain desired employment.
JSSATEN follows a centralized placement activity which gives each branch equal opportunity to grow for sustained excellence in career through training & placement. Towards this, a Training and Placement Cell has been established with the following major objectives in order to assist students to develop their academic and career interests, and help them in achieving their short-term and long-term goals through individual counselling and group discussion.

Just having a good degree is no longer enough to secure that all-important graduate job offer in today’s world. Pertinent work experience is now just as valuable as your degree and exam results when it comes to building a successful career. As a result, internships have become an essential way to help candidates make them stand out.The Internship for the students is providing through various channels. The training and placement department supports the students with the openings in the organisation associated with the institute.All the Departments at JSSATE-Noida have signed MOU’s with various companies. The internship opportunities for the students are also provided with the companies signed MOUs with the departments.
Programs/Events :Click Here to viewThe Training and Placement Office (TPO) of JSSATE, Noida welcomes all the eligible candidates of the college for the Placement Session 2023-24 and Intern Session 2024-25. All final-year students interested in campus placements and seeking employment are eligible to register for the campus placement session. This facility is provided by the Training and Placement Office, JSSATE, Noida. Students who are not interested can opt-out of the placement. However, interested students must register through TPO on the Placement Portal
